The Machinist 9/10. Acum cateva zile am vazut American Psycho si acum The Machinist
Formidabil Cristian Bale, daca in primul e Narcis in persoana, barbatul fatal aici arata ca un adevarat zombie, sau ca un evreu scapat de la Auschwitz Nu trebuie ratat de nici un fan al filmelor psihologice si nu numai . Momentan .... i just want to sleep

Colors (1988) cu Robert Duvall si Sean Pean . Bun film 7/10
Am mai vazut New Jersey Drive (1995) 7/10 si Menace II society 8/10. Ambele sunt inspirate din viata de ghetou americana.
Mai am pe lista New Jack City si Boyz n the hood

Thumbs down Edge of Darkness
In urma cu o seara am resit sa vad si eu mult asteptatul film cu Mel Gipson. Sincer, ma asteptam la ceva mai bun din partea lui (no offence). Prin acesta productie nu a resusit sa iasa din tipar. E un film ca toate celelate de gen. Acelasi "om al legii" care prin diferite tertipuri reuseste sa ajunga la "sursa raului", in final "binele invinge raul". Nota 7!

The Wanderers (1979) 8/10 . O oglinda a anilor '60-'70, cand rock'n rolul era la putere. Geniala bubuiala de pe stadion dintre gasti.

Le Voyage du Ballon Rouge (2007)

"Le Voyage du Ballon Rouge" e primul film in limba franceza al maestrului Hou Hsiao-Hsien si e un tablou sensibil (delicat, simplu, emotionant, poetic) a 3 vieti: a unui copil, a mamei lui si a unei studente la Film. Toti 3 sunt "vegheati" si oglinditi de prezenta unui balon rosu, ca o imensa inima pulsand si cutreierand cerul Parisului.

Ieri am fost într-o pasă proastă, prin urmare m-am uitat la două filme drăguţe [a se citi pentru adolescenţi]: The Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants [2005] şi The Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants 2 [2008]. Destul de multe clişee, pe alocuri banal, de câteva ori, totuşi, m-au amuzat... chiar mi-au prins bine cele două filme. E drăguţ să visezi.

Totuşi... nu am înţeles de ce au scris titlul cu un singur l.
