Pedro Almodovar si filmele lui

Votati filmul preferat. Le-am ales pe cele mai sonore. Nu vreau sa pun in poll toata filmografia lui asa ca nu astept sugestii referitoare la ce filme ar fi trebuit sa mai adaug.

Almodovar e un Iconoclast. Mai mult, e esentza de iconoclasm. Atat de iconoclast ca nu indrazneste nimeni sa-l emuleze, cu exceptia compatriotului rival, Bigas luna.

E iconoclast pt nu are pic de pudoare, este indragostit lulea de personajele lui si ne fortzeaza si pe noi sa o facem. Pt ca nu s-a sfiit sa ne arate toate ungherele sufeletelor homosexualilor, prostituatelor, travestitilor si ale marginalilor. Nu s-a sfiit, ba chiar a fost cam nesimtit, sa implice Biserica in toata treaba asta atat de delicata a sexualitatii "deviante".

Marca a telenovelismului de arta (hm, imi place propriul meu oximoron), senzorial, colorat, pervers dar extrem de sincer.

Ii cer ajutorul lui Stefan, daca mai exista topicuri pe tema filmelor lui Almodovar, sa le alipim aici, sa avem ceva mai inchegat.

Nu stiu sa raspund, pentru ca pe mine nici nu m-a socat, nici nu m-a scandalizat Almodovar. Inca n-am votat, pentru ca sunt cateva filme pe care nu i le-am vazut, dar din ce am vazut pana acum as alege Hable con ella. Iconoclast sau nu, per ansamblu, Almodovar are un vot favorabil din partea mea.

Astazi poate nu e chiar cel mai iconoclast dintre iconoclasti. Nu e un Dogma 95. Insa chiar si asa, nu mai abordeaza nimeni tematicile pe care le abordeaza el. Nu exista alt regizor "dedicat" acestei zone - relatii aparte intre niste persoane pt care sexualitatea (de o orientare sau alta) sa fie emblematica.
Matador e facut in '86 si sunt convinsa ca pentru vremurile acelea a cam cazut greu la stomac. Si azi iti cade greu la stomac un Mala Educacion, filmul a fost extraordinar de controversat, s-a ajuns pana la Vatican cu el

îmi pare rău că nu le-am putut vota aproape pe toate, mă rog, mai puţin Volver, el fiind ultimul-n inima mea.

no, am votat doar cu Hable con ella.

Pedro Almodovar este unul dintre regizorii mei preferaţi. în afară de conţinutul, nebunia, pasiunea, fantasticul filmelor lui în balanţă a atârnat foarte mult faptul că el e spaniol. mor după Spania.

revăzut azi-noapte Carne trémula, însă tot mai mult îmi place Hable con ella, foarte mult mi-a plăcut şi La flor de mi secreto (1995).
partea bună a fost descoperirea faptului că am început să-l plac pe Javier Bardem şi ca bărbat, nu ştiu ce-am avut cu el până acum, adică l-am apreciat ca actor, i-am iubit vocea, dar nu mi-a plăcut ever fizic, aseară l-am studiat mai bine, unde am stat mai aproape de TV şi din cauza subtitrării aiurea a tb să fiu foarte atentă la ce spunea - tipul chiar e bărbat bine, mă rog şi rolul mai mult fizic e vinovat de noua mea optică.

Capriccio Espagnol From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia


Capriccio Espagnol, Op. 34, is the common Western title for an orchestral work based on Spanish melodies and written by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov in 1887.

Originally intended for a soloviolin against an orchestra, Rimsky-Korsakov later decided that a purely orchestral work would do better justice to the lively melodies. The Russian title is Каприччио на испанские темы (literally, Capriccio on Spanish Themes).
The Capriccio consists of five movements and is scored for 2 flutes, piccolo, 2 oboes (one doubling English horn), 2 clarinets, 2 bassoons, 4 horns, 2 trumpets, 3 trombones, tuba, timpani, percussion, harp and strings.[1]

The work has five movements.

1. The first movement, Alborada, is a festive and exciting dance, typical from traditional asturian music to celebrate the rising of the sun.
2. The second movement, Variazioni, begins with a melody in the horn section. Variations of this melody are then repeated by other instruments and sections of the orchestra.
3. The third movement, Alborada, presents the same asturian dance as the first movement. The two movements are nearly identical, in fact, except that this movement has a different instrumentation and key.
4. The fourth movement, Scena e canto gitano ("Scene and gypsy song") opens with five cadenzas — first by the horns and trumpets, then solo violin, flute, clarinet, and harp — played over rolls on various percussion instruments. It is then followed by a dance in triple time leading attacca into the final movement.
5. The fifth and final movement, Fandango asturiano, is also an energetic dance from the Asturias region of northern Spain. The piece ends with an even more rousing statement of the Alborada theme.

A complete performance of the Capriccio takes around 16 minutes.

Characteristics

The piece is often lauded for its orchestration, which features a large percussion section and many special techniques and articulations, such as in the fourth movement when the violinists, violists, and cellists are asked to imitate guitars (the violin and viola parts are marked "quasi guitara"). Despite the critical praise, Rimsky-Korsakov was annoyed that the other aspects of the piece were being ignored. In his autobiography, he wrote:
The opinion formed by both critics and the public, that the Capriccio is a magnificently orchestrated piece — is wrong. The Capriccio is a brilliant composition for the orchestra. The change of timbres, the felicitous choice of melodic designs and figuration patterns, exactly suiting each kind of instrument, brief virtuoso cadenzas for instruments solo, the rhythm of the percussion instruments, etc., constitute here the very essence of the composition and not its garb or orchestration. The Spanish themes, of dance character, furnished me with rich material for putting in use multiform orchestral effects. All in all, the Capriccio is undoubtedly a purely external piece, but vividly brilliant for all that. I was a little less successful in its third section (Alborada, in B-flat major), where the brasses somewhat drown the melodic designs of the woodwinds; but this is very easy to remedy, if the conductor will pay attention to it and moderate the indications of the shades of force in the brass instruments by replacing the fortissimo by a simple forte.

 A recording by Philharmonia Slavonica featured in the film "Brokeback Mountain" (2006).
