Product-placement

Momente penibile, enervante, subtile, inteligente de product-placement.

Incep eu: In "Behind Enemy Lines", Owen Wilson haituit prin Serbia se refugiaza intr-un camion si cere putina apa. In schimb primeste o Cola rece. Enjoy!

adevarul e ca ceasul ala si lexus-ul sunt singurele chestii de p-p care imi vin in minte acum din filme. astea si consola msn din the island (nu-mi explic de ce am retinut-o insa).
ar mai fi afisul cu cola din goodbye lenin dar acolo avea si alta valoare asa ca nu cred ca se pune.

m-a trasnit acum. blade runner. si tot cola.

mie mi s pare aiurea 'demascarea' asta cu product-placement! adik, nu zic k nu s practica la greu, dar care ar fi alternativele?? imaginarea unor alte reclame, la produse fictive? :? i mean, bannerele astea t ajuta si sa recunosti lumea in care s intimpla actiunea filmului, 'efectul d real' blabla... k doar nu era sa fie reclama la cico in 'blade runner'! :lol:

Cred ca e o diferenta intre un cadru cu Londra noaptea, unde apara sute te relclame luminoase din care poti recunoaste cu usurinta Coca Cola si un close-up cu cineva care bea cu nesat dintr-o cutie / sticla pe care se vede clar ca scrie Coca Cola. Product-placementul, chiar e o afacere foarte profitabila, dar se cunoaste cand e facut cu stil (Sean Penn la finalul lui Mystic River tine in mana o sticluta de Jack, toata lumea e atenta la discutia dintre el si Kevin Bacon si abia la a doua vizonare realizezi ce bea; Al Pacino in "Scent of a Woman" cu al lui John Daniel's) sau cand e facut pe fata cu scopul de a acoperi cat mai mult din costurile de productie (ma gandesc numai la "Mindhunters" cand protagonistii schimba o groaza de tricouri Puma sau la armura Nike din "A knight's Tale"). Product-placementul din SF-uri mi se pare o gaselnita foarte misto pentru ca aici intervine si creatuvitatea realizatorilor (iei brand-ul cunoscut in ziua de azi si ii dai un look a la secolul XXX). Regele neincoronat al pp-ului ramande fara doar si poate James Bond. Trecand peste masini, ceasuri si telefoane, producatorii introduc si trimiteri mai mult sau mai putin subtile: in "Goldeneye" Bond trece cu tancul printr-un camion pe care scrie mare Perrier si sute de sticlute de apa sar in toate partile iar in "The World is not Enough" un bad-guy se numeste Davidoff.

chestie parodiata de altfel prin truman show cand truman e bruscat de personaje astfel incat sa fie introdus in acelasi cadru cu logo-urile unor brand-uri sau cand nevasta-sa se opreste in mijlocul conversatiei si zambeste spre camera tinand in mana diverse produse.

NU este absolut nimic in neregula cu product-placement-ul, dar a devenit o parte vitala din realizarea unui film si cred ca merita un topic.

Mi-am adus aminte de doua filme in care product placement-ul se facea cu nonsalanta, produsul devenind parte integrata a povestii: "Head & Shoulders" in "Evolution" si "Cheetos" in "Big Trouble".

imi amintesc ca am citit un articol de-a lui a.l.s. in care discuta (destul de) mult aparitia lui SILVER in film. trebuie sa recunosc ca e interesanta paralela intre silver si vincent, dar, totusi, langa SILVER sta scris (aproape la fel de mare) logo-ul BACARDI. hear that,leo?
