Sinopsis

Art (Antonio Banderas) este un pictor ce nu mai picteaza de mult dar incearca sa vanda tablouri proaspetelor vaduve de oameni bogati sub pretextul ca acestia au comandat picturile cu putin timp inainte de a muri. Astfel ajunge si in casa unui gangster de temut care nu se lasa defel pacalit si este salvat de o bataie sora cu moartea de catre fosta sotie a acestuia (Melanie Griffith ). Aceasta se indragosteste de el si totul ar fi perfect daca nu ar aparea si o sora irezistibil de frumoasa. O comedie spumoasa in care Banderas jongleaza cu situatii aparent fara iesire...
