The Greasy Strangler este simpla poveste a unui bărbat mătăhălos și copilăros, Big Brayden (Sky Elobar), tatăl lui irascibil Big Ronnie (Michael St. Michaels) și Janet (Elizabeth de Razzo), gagica disco ce intervine între ei. Deoarece ambilor bărbați le cade cu tronc, își consumă infatuările în scene de sex oribil de detaliate, într-o competiție bizară de tip oedipian, cu mare varietate de fluide corporale. Între timp, un obsedat acoperit de grăsime congelată sufocă localnici care nu bănuiesc nimic, adesea…
