Biografie

Jay Silverheels, pe numele adevărat Harold J. Smith, a trăit din 26.05.1912 până în 05.03.1980. S-a născut în Six Nations Indian Reservation, Canada, și a murit de pneumonie, în California. Actorul Joe R. Brown l-a încurajat să vină la Hollywood și abia în 1938 ajunge acolo și joacă în filme de gen western. Astfel, s-a făcut cunoscut în anii 1940 în roluri de indieni.
