The Two Towers Set :

The tip of John-Rhys-Davies' middle finger came off in an accident a while back (not in filming LotR), so he had a prosthetic finger tip put on. One day, he cut the prosthetic part open a bit and put some blood-looking stuff on it and showed PJ, who started freaking out! It was very funny to watch.

Aragorn ... went home sleeping in his STRIDER outfit just to get adjusted with the costumes... adn Legolas a.k.a Orlando went home 2 his girl with his elvish ears on ...

Orlando Bloom had to come and practice shooting arrows while on a horse 2 months before shooting actually started!
