Bale cred ca este in sfarshit un actor care poate sa combine perfect Bruce Wayne cu Batman. Asta mi se pare mie ca a fost problema cu actorii de pana acum.
Keaton era bun ca Batman, dar sucked as Wayne, la Val Kilmer era invers ("Chicks love the car" WTF!? this is Batman not Beavis and Butthead!) si George Clooney era just too cocky si prea playboysh ca sa fie un Batman credibil.

The first Punisher flick has yet to come out in the UK, but we don't reckon we're spoiling things by telling you that Frank Castle (aka The Punisher) makes it through relatively unscathed. Sequel ahoy, right?

Well, that follow-up did seem to be in jeopardy after the film took a relatively disappointing $33 million in the States, accompanied by reviews that would put their authors on Castle's hitlist. Now, though, it seems that a sequel is on the cards. Sez who? Sez star Thomas Jane, that's who.

Yeah, we know. We said a few weeks ago that the actor had changed his name to Tom Jane. Now he's back to Thomas, apparently. Next week, Tommy Jane, probably. The dude can't make up his mind!

Erm, anyway… Jane was in LA this week to promote his latest flick, Stander (about a legendary South African bank robber) and spoke to our goodly chums at Comingsoon.net about The Punisher 2.

"Yeah, we have had discussions. We want Jigsaw to be the bad guy," he told Comingsoon.net. Jigsaw is one of the Punisher's few recurring villains, a criminal with a patchwork quilt of a face. "We'll probably shoot it for much the same budget and probably go to Australia or South Africa where we can stretch the dollar. I'd do another one. It's a niche market film that will always be that, and that's what it should be."

And Jane is adamant that he's keen to return to the character, who decides to fight crime with the help of a load of big guns after his family are turned into strawberry jam by mob goons.

"Absolutely. I like the character a lot and I had a lot of fun with him. For me, the second one would be an exploration of the morality of what he does.

"He's so close to being a bad guy and does what he does cause more harm than good? Those kind of things are interesting for me. Where do you draw the line between what you're doing being justifiable and not?"

Ce cred eu despre cei care l-au jucat pe Batman/Bruce Wayne pana acum:

Micheal KEaton: Great Batman, ok Bruce Wayne.Keaton avea o anumita prezenta de spirit dark, dar pur si simplu nu m-a convins cu personajul lui Wayne.
Val Kilmer: ok Batman dar GREAT Bruce Wayne. Kilmer pare cel mai bun pentru ca era cel mai troubled, in schimb nu prea m-a convins ca Batman. "It's the car right? Chicks love the car." WTF!? Batman nu ar spune NICIODATA asa ceva, decat poate daca a suferit traume majore la cap. And I do mean major. Dar ma rog... asta e vina scenaristilor nu a lui.
George Clooney: PUTEA sa fie cel mai tare Batman. Avea prezenta de spirit, putea fi foarte flirty si foarte dark in acelasi timp. INSA, toate celalalte componente ale filmului, dialog, personaje, conflicte, MAKE-UP, sucked ass! Si un singur personaj nu poate sa poarte tot filmul.

Bale - Ca actor tipul are o raza de actiune impresionanta. Priviti ce roluri a facut in American Psycho, Equilibrium si ceea ce va fi in The Machinist. Este exact genul de actor de care avem nevoie.
Dupa ce am citit benzile desenate si am vazut desenele animate, m-am convins de un lucru. Batman nu este un alter-ego, Bruce Wayne este. Bruce Wayne este masca pe care o poarta Batman. Si avem nevoie de un actor care sa ilustreze asta.
Chiar Wayne a spus in trailer. "Am cautat mult si bine pana m-am gasit pe mine" UUUUH! Rimeaza.

Aseara la Lumea Pro cinema am vazut trailerul pe diagonala 72cm shi mi-a placut mai mult. Parca se intzeleg mult mai multe chestii. Deshi te lasa in pom. Filmul din ce am observat va fi unul bun. Ma intreb daca este singurul pe care il vor realiza sau daca vor porni cu o serie de filme cu aceeashi "villains" , nishte remak-uri. Dupa cele 4 care s-au facut pana akuma unde in 3 dintre ele au fost "combinatzi" cate 2 raufacatori ... it seems 2 me that batsy is runing out of bad guys 2 fight.

Daca vor porni shi vor adapta in filme the Tv Series ... atunci : The Mad Hatter, Clay Face, The Scarecrow, shi ar mai fi The Giant Bat din primul sau al 2lea episod. Or mai fii shi altzii ... but who knows!

Aceeashi reactzie am avut-o shi eu inainte ... dar mi-a aratat Lady_s o poza cu el(poza in care slabise anormal de mult pentru un rol in filmul: The Machinist - sper sa nu ma inshel) shi mi-am dat seama ca devotamentul acestui om fatza de ceea ce face este mare. Lucru de apreciat ... mai ales la Hollywood unde foarte multzi actori sunt falshi.
Mi-a placut shi in Reign Of Fire cum a jucat. The thing is ... he's more than ok now!
