Sinopsis Othello

Scenaristul Andrew Davies a imbracat in haine noi una din cele mai fascinante opere ale lui Shakespeare: actiunea se desfasoara la Scotland Yard. Cand comisarul-sef e obligat sa demisioneze, in mod neasteptat il trece cu vederea pe cel imediat inferior ca rang, Ben Jago, pentru a incredinta postul unui tanar ofiter, John Othello, care si-a facut un renume cand a impiedicat izbucnirea unei revolte. Intrigile nu intarzie sa apara, caci razbunatorul Jago e hotarat sa-l distruga pe Othello.
