20.10.2009 Actorul Vin Diesel nu va face parte din distribuţia filmului xXx: The Return of Xander Cage conform informaţiilor apărute pe CineFools.com. Se pare că Diesel, devenit celebru pentru rolurile sale din mai multe lungmetraje de acţiune, nu mai doreşte să revină în cel de-al treilea film al seriei XXX. Motivul pentru care actorul a refuzat în cele din urmă rolul a fost legat de retragerea regizorului Rob Cohen. Acesta a fost înlocuit cu debutantul Ericson Core. Diesel începuse deja antrenamentele pentru acest rol din luna august a acestui an, după ce acceptase oferta productătorilor de a apărea în cel de-al treilea film al seriei Triple X.În 2002, Vin Diesel a interpretat rolul Xander Cage în primul film XXX. El nu a jucat în cel de-al doilea film, XXX: State of the Union, din 2005, rolul prin...
