first off all, since you didn't identify your self, how Pitbull will know who you are?

second, when you refer somebody's actions to a law, you are supposed to do that according with the law that govern that person action. in this case, Romanian law (or maybe Pitbull has moved to Netherlands?). good-luck with that...
