Biografie
A fost presedintele si directorul de productie al companiei Morgan Creek între anii 1989 – 1992, supervizând productia unor filme de mare succes ca Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves, Young Guns II si Pacific Heights.
Anterior, Nicksay ocupase postul de vice-presedinte de productie la Paramount Pictures, contribuind astfel la realizarea unor filme ca Ghost, The Untouchables, Coming to America, Scrooged, Star Trek IV si The Two Jakes.
