Am sa pun review-ul meu de pe imdb.com pentru ca mi-e lene sa scriu in romana. Dupa el am sa rapund, de fapt am sa-i desfid pe cei care incearca sa critice acest film, spunand ca e de tot kktul, si din care n-au inteles decat 0.1 la suta, probabil traducerea in romana si atat.
This movie is about fear. About men and war, and about how far can you go, how far you push the limit when you are in a prison without walls: the desert. The thing that fascinated me about it is how flawlessly is built, the tension, the moments, the surrealistic scenes, everything. This is a movie that has a structure, finally i can say that there's a movie with some backbone. Where other movies try to achieve the thrills, this movie lets you thrilled. Where other movies try to come as art movies, this movie makes cinematographic art in a very concise and brilliant way (yes, Swoff's girlfriend&sand dream, the horse sequence, etc.). It has rhythm, tone, it has the tempo, and above all, dares to have its way. It dares to experiment and to refuse clichés, and to be witty and bold.
I do not know if this movie will have its place in cinema history, but is definitely one of my favourites, for now, after the first screening.

"motive copiate de prin alte filme" - bellhop - ai auzit de referentialitate, de postmodernism? sunt chestii mai actuale, de fapt, tu, in mod pueril spunand "se desfasoara in perioada primului razboi din golf - 1990-91, ce kkt" spui totul..
Se desfasoara atunci, sau acum? Cand e alt razboi in irak, dar cumva acelasi? dar ce vorbesc eu de finetzuri.

.. filmat de kkt, uite tipu cu imaginea, bai aggarici, ia si citeste filmografie ..

imi pare rau pentru tonul vehement, dar cateodata unii vin si latra pe forumuri, ca intr-o shueta desprinsa din Coana Chiritza.. Disappointing.
