Un film ciudat,The Hole discuta despre intimitate in societatea moderna si anul 2000,dar ne si arata o poveste de dragoste,scoasa parca din creierul unui David Lynch mai bland.De fapt asta m-a intrigat pe mine cel mai mult la filmul asta.Combinatia de umor Lynch-ian (reprezentat prin numerele muzicale care sunt mortale) si realism social mega-minimalist.
