Family situation:
He comes from a modest family with simple minded parents. His father was a worker, the mother a housewife. His mother was a calm, silent person; she was nearly invisible in the house. His father was a patriarch who liked to humiliate his son but only for educational reasons: to get the best, to do the best, to be the best, to focus, to be ambitious, to be cleverer then the other…
He got married with a young, silent girl that nobody noticed in faculty but who liked him. He loved to explain everything;

“Chef of Catedra” at university
He decides over everything
He knows what he wants and he knows how to attain what he wants
He is used to command, used to get what he wants
He takes clear and precise decisions
He is ambitious
He explains, warns, guides, controls, punishes and pardons
He never raises his voice against somebody
He is intelligent
He is a strong person
He loves situation that are confusing, not clear
He feels like a king in this “jungle” of bureaucracy and laws
He is a player
He always needs a challenge
He always needs to proof himself that he is the boss
He is surrounded by his “auxiliaries”: all the young colleagues in the Catedra, his “army” he commands, they are slave to him and his decisions
He has important friends, a network
He is always willing to fight, he is a fighter
He gets suspicious if somebody shows too much enthusiasm
He oppresses every try to change for better; he sees it as a “rebellion” against him
He does not accept that somebody wants to destroy this picture he made of himself and his work
He does not accept critics in public
An affront against the rules or the situation is a direct affront against him
He is not scared to destroy people’s life if his job demands it, he does not have bad consciousness about it and he sees it as necessary
He does only care about the aim, not about the way to attain it and he does not care about victims
He is full of mockery, spite and a sort of love for idealistic persons
He loves bravery, he respects it but in the same time he tries to break the person
He loves “free” persons, but only if they do not disturb him
He is deeply convinced that there has to be a leader, a boss
He sacrifices himself for this job
He is his job, he has became this public role; He always acts in his function
He is aware of the fact that his actions and reality often do not go together but that does not disturb him
He is aware that he defends an empty image;
Nothing can disturb his order, his logic, he does not doubt, he sees his actions as a duty to his function and as a part of his responsibility
Life for him is hard, a daily fight; he has no romantic point of view about it
He has no ideal;
he does not question anything, he does not seek for truth, he only seeks for power
He knows about the mind of people, he knows how to talk to people, to convince them, he is a strategist
He has a network of intrigues
He has a system of hierarchy
He is scared of everybody – because everybody could become his enemy
He is scared of loosing control
He is always controlled, always a public person, never himself, also with his wife. Only in short moments, when he is alone, he looses ground, he shows feelings; that are only short moments, and then he gets back to self control. He fears the moment when he will retire from work. He fears the moment of losing control. He fears the moment when his body will get weak.
He is stronger then every feeling, stronger then passion that arises sometimes among the young ones who want a change, because he is on the winner side, because he is on the side of order, because he is on the side of the system
He has installed a system of fear and backbites.
Personaj 2 - LILIE
25 year old girl, very little, delicate, thin, unimposing,
She is obstinate, sometimes too naïve,
Idealistic, impatient
Sometimes scared of everything
Sometimes depressed
Is a rather pessimistic person
Sometimes full of aggressions
She has a conflict between acceptance and rebellion against authorities
Mother is a calm, optimistic person, always sees the good side in people
Father is a patriarch, a strict person who taught to be suspicious with authorities,
Already when she was young he supported every rebellion against the teachers;
He was proud to see her doing forbidden things, in the same time he punished her
He always questions her, he punishes with hard words, he never forgives, but he always supports, he encourages and he is never satisfied
When she was young, she thought that he could help her out of everything;
Lilie becomes a teacher at university. She is one of the young that are under the command of Personaj 1
