cate drapeluri belgiene sau norvegiene (?) sau americane (?) sunt in pakistan sau in fasia gaza...? nush, dar am vazut un reportaj unde un jurnalist le-a numarat, si a gasit ca in fasia gaza se pot vedea la teveu 400 de drapeluri arzand... hmmmm, they must have a real good manufacturer over there for european flags.
... and btw. alshi dear baby boy, spune-mi cati musulmani au stat cu tine la masa, si au vorbit cu tine mai mult de 20 de minute... not so many i guess. io am avut un prieten f.f.f.f bun musulman din indonezia, si acuma m-am imprieteni cu un film-maker din iran (nice guy, btw). din toate discutile mele pe tema asta a reiesit urmatoarea chestie. mass-media loves pushing things to an extrem. ce vedem la teveu nu corespunde cu adevarul din teheran, din jakarta sau fasia gaza. not all 'musulmans' are fanatic idiots, burning flags, hiding their women in the closets, and hating 'cultura occidentala'. elita gandeste altfel.
ca in pakistan things got a bit more massive, nu cred ca sperie pe nimeni. era o ura impotriva americii care acuma s-a accentuat si se refuleaza, si cu un pic de ajutor din partea mass-mediei, sau din partea unor manipulatori bine organizati, au ajuns sa fie uncontrolable.
dar lumea araba nu e a thread. never was, never will be. they come in waves, cum au facut-o si intr-un scurt timp prin europa (read history books), iar apoi, liniste 500 de ani.
well, now we have a stinky patch over here, get over it, and live your lives. the arab next door won't come knocking at your door, and smack you with the coran, don't worry.
