Colaborarile lui Viggo au impins cele 2 filme ( prietenii stiu care ) spre o zona mai "mainstream", insa gradul de violenta e cu mult peste media unor productii obisnuite. Cum spuneati ca se numeste asta nou? Eu auzisem ceva de un anume "The Matarese Circle". :D

Oscar flavour, if you ask me. Dar asta nu-i neaparat de rau. Malick s-a mai jucat de-a mama si de-a tata prin lanurile de griu, cu rezultate mai mult decit multumitoare. But again, tinerii de azi nu mai sint cei din '70, iar ala din spatele lor parca nu-i tocmai griu.:-?

Tocmai ce am inceput sa citesc Crima si pedeapsa si am observat ca domnul Malick se inspira din domnul Dostoievski. Ma refer la urmatoarea replica din trailer: "Someday you will fall down and weep... and you will understand it all... all things", care e un citat aproape exact de pe la inceputul cartii. Of, mult mai e pana vedem filmul asta...

^Am citit in presa de acest caz, cand a avut loc, acum cativa ani si m-a intrigat cat de "Viata bate filmul" e. Imi aduc aminte ca Politia poloneza a redeschis cazul datorita unui e-mail anonim venit de undeva din Asia care le recomanda sa citeasca romanul Amok daca vor sa gaseasca autorul crimei.

Daca era cineva potrivit sa faca filmul ala e sigur Polanski.
