Apropos de acest film, pe care eu nu l-am vazut, Excalibur, nu pot sa nu remarc o alta coincidenta
Revazind aseara Monty Python and the holy grail, citatul in care se pomeneste de Excalibur e unul din cele mai savuroase.
Citi scenaristi ar fi in stare sa mai scrie un scenariu asemanator? Intotdeauna mi s-a parut mult mai greu sa scrii ceva comic decit ceva dramatic. Dramatismul e oarecum acceptat de toata lumea, chiar daca unii sint mai indiferenti, dar sa reusesti sa faci oamenii sa rida, in principal din jocuri de cuvinte si nu neaparat maiestrie actoriceasca, e o sclipire care nu e la indemina oricui.
