Se intampla exact ca in viziunea lui Frodo in primul film: Comitatul era distrus... hobitii sub stapanirea orcilor etc. Gondor-ul ar fi fost distrus si Aragorn omorat. Elfii s-ar fi refugiat in tinituri in care dusmanii din Mordor nu ar fi putut ajunge. The Dwarves... hmmmm... ei au fost deja omorati, odata cu Balin. Gandalf... hmmmm... cred ca ar fi murit luptandu-se, la fel ca Aragorn.
