The Two Towers Set :

The tip of John-Rhys-Davies' middle finger came off in an accident a while back (not in filming LotR), so he had a prosthetic finger tip put on. One day, he cut the prosthetic part open a bit and put some blood-looking stuff on it and showed PJ, who started freaking out! It was very funny to watch.

"I think in one scene I was shooting with Elijah and Sean Astin-it's when Gollum's trying to stop them from going thru the black gates-I had to dive on top of thier backs and pull them backwards.
