The Matrix Anime Prequel (200?)
Some time after the release of The Matrix 3, there will be an anime cartoon produced that tells the story of the war between man and the machines that he created. The Wachowski brothers have always been fans of Japanese culture and it has been apparent with their heavy use of Kung Fu fighting in The Matrix and now with a Japanese style animated feature. The outcome of the battle has already been determined, as you know, but it should be neat to not only see what happened, but to see the Wachowski’s in another medium. The extent of their involvement has not yet been finalized, but they will most certainly have some creative input as far as the story goes. We will post more information as we hear it. (Unknown involvement of Andy and Larry Wachowski)
